Governor Mutfwang Commends Christ Embassy for Reachout World Campaign – Humanitarian Efforts in Plateau State

Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has commended Pastor Chris and Christ Embassy for their unwavering commitment to the spread of the gospel. The Governor also commended the ministry for their humanitarian interventions, which the state benefited from.

Recall that in April 2024 the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation visited the state and provided relief materials to victims of violent attacks in Mangu and Bokkos LGAs in Plateau State. This gesture the Governor added along with their evangelical work exemplify the teachings of the Holy Bible which encourages empathy while preaching the word.

Governor Mutfwang made this known when he received the Reachout World Campaign Team led by the Zonal Director of Christ Embassy North Central Zone 1 Pastor Siji Dara at the Old Government House Rayfield, Jos. Represented by the the Deputy Governor of Plateau State Her Excellency Ngo Josephine Piyo, Governor Mutfwang encouraged Pastor Chris and the Christ Embassy Church to continue the good works and preaching and reaching out to the needy.

Ealier in his remark, leader of the delegation and Zonal Director of Christ Embassy North Central Zone 1 Pastor Siji Dara, who spoke through Pastor Gbenga Adeniyi also commended the governor’s effort in ensuring that the state is placed in the path of development and progress.

According to him, they were around to formally inform the Governor of the Reachout World Campaign with the massive distribution of the Rhapsody of Realities Daily Devotional which began on 2nd December across the 17 LGAs of the state and simultaneously the globe.

Highpoints of the visit was the presentation of a package to the Executive Governor as well as copies of Rhapsody of Realities to top government functionaries such as the Secretary to the Government of Plateau State Arch Samuel Nanchang Jatau, Commissioners of Tourism, Finance, as well as that of Housing and Urban Development Hajiya Jamila Tukur, Mrs Grace Dawulung and Hon Joshua Ubandoma Laven respectively among others.

Prayers were offered for Government of Plateau State, as well as for the peace, security, prosperity and progress Plateau State by the delegation.
