The Executive Secretary of the Plateau State Drugs and Medical Commodities Management Agency (DMCMA), Pharm Kim Jerry Bot, has set the agenda for the agency in motion. This he did when he presented his policy thrust, inline with the 4 Pillar Policy Thrust of the agency in a strategic meeting with top management members ot7f the agency.

Pharmacist Kim initiated this move in a bid to hit-the-ground-running and strategically position the agency in anticipation of commencement of full blown operations of the agency.
This was the main focus of strategic meeting held at the agency’s office within the premises of the Plateau Specialist Hospital on Monday 26th February 2024, in which Management presentations for each department/unit.

The directors took turns present scorecards of performance of their respective departments and their stewardship since assuming office. Dr Meshach S. Dayol, Director, Production and Quality Assurance, kick started the presentation, followed by Pharm Joel Dalok, Director, Warehousing and Logistics, then Pharm Daniel Ashom, Director, Health Commodities, then, Dr Nenman Musa Lenka, Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, before Mr Kennedy Jatau, Director, Finance and Investment came up to present.

The Information Officer, Fwenji Goar gave a brief on the information unit, after which the Director, Administration, Mrs Salamatu Parlong presented her departmental brief.
In concluding presentations, the Executive Secretary Plateau State Drugs and Medical Commodities Management Agency (DMCMA), Pharm Kim Jerry Bot highlighted the imperative importance of teamwork, and of his desire to have a motivated workforce for the agency, who would be poised to deliver on its mandate of making drugs and medical commodities affordable and accessible, in line with ‘The Time is Now’ mandate of His Excellency, Barrister Caleb Mannaseh Mutfwang.
